Shawna Gordon and Jennifer Kober are coach's wives in the state of Texas. They met through their husbands as they were both coaching at Mayde Creek HS in Katy ISD at the time.

Shawna is the wife of Jonathan Gordon.

Jennifer is the wife of Braden Kober.

Shawna and Jonathan are from Georgia and have a son Noah. They have known each other since high school. After reconnecting in 2017, they began dating and shortly got married in 2018. At the time, Jonathan was the Asst. Head Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Kell High School in Marietta, GA. He then accepted a job at Lambert High School in Suwanee, GA as an Offensive Coordinator for the 2018-2019 seasons.

Their football journey then brought them to Katy, TX where Jonathan is currently the Quarterbacks Coach for Mayde Creek High School in Katy ISD.

He is currently at Katy High School coaching wide receivers.

Jennifer and Braden met each other in 2006 while they were both coaching in Copperas Cove, Texas. Braden was the DLine and powerlifting coach, while Jennifer coached volleyball and track.

They moved to Huntsville in 2014 where Braden took a football coaching position as the Special Teams Coordinator and Head Powerlifting coach and Jennifer was a SPED teacher then moved into an Assistant AD role.

In 2019 they moved to Del Valle where Braden became the Defensive Coordinator and Jennifer taught HS English.

In 2021 they moved to Katy ISD where Braden was the Assistant Head Coach and Head Powerlifting at Mayde Creek HS while Jennifer taught Elementary PE at Mayde Creek Elementary.

In the spring of 2023, Braden became the Defensive Coordinator at Cypress Lakes HS and Jennifer is teaching English 1 there also.

Braden has 23 years of experience and Jennifer has 30 years of experience working in Texas Public schools.
